The Miss Agriculture Ghana project pageant seeks to promote interests of women in agriculture. After two successful editions, the pageant has gained deserved attention from the Ghanaian public space and is registering itself globally.
The launch for the 2020 edition did outdoor 9 beautiful women who will contest for the crown and spend 13 weeks to embark on industrial trips, gather field experience and undergo career development programs. The contestants have different educational backgrounds but are with notable interests in agriculture.
We will take time to know every one of the contestants, their areas of interest and dial-codes to voting for your favourite contestant.
For her agricultural project, dubbed “Market Queen”, she aims to contribute to global efforts to reduce inefficiencies in the agricultural supply chain.
She is an advocate for young women in poultry farming
She started the “Nwa Pa”n two months ago and now sells the Achantina and African Giants snails to snail lovers for great delicacies. With the requisite training in the near future, she intends to expand her snail farm and business.
Her project is to advocate for more women in the agricultural mechanization sector.
She is passionate about promoting the nutritional and medicinal benefits of dandelion and other vegetables.
She is an advocate for the production, consumption and export of Ghanaian local rice.
She promotes production and consumption of locally made products.
Her project is on the poultry value chain.
She is an advocate for the consumption of locally made products.

Miss Agriculture Ghana 2020 is themed Building your immune system through food and nutritional security, a fight against COVID-19 and other related diseases.
